DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 to 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

·       Standard Shipping: Orders will either ship UPS Ground and your shipment will be fully trackable.

·       Express Shipping: Orders will ship UPS 2nd Day Air and your shipment will be fully trackable.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 for all US domestic sales. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping for customers worldwide via DHL and for some locations UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NKinds Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@nkinds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
